Refund Policy

1. Merchant of Record

All BotFlush subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for all transactions, handles global tax compliance, and processes refunds on our behalf.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Paddle's Privacy Policy.

2. Free Plan

The Free plan requires no payment and involves no financial transaction. No refund applies.

3. Paid Subscriptions — Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through the BotFlush Console. Upon cancellation:

  1. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  2. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  3. Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan after the paid period expires

We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods when you cancel mid-cycle, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

To exercise this right, contact us at admin@botflush.com or request a refund through Paddle. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

If you have actively used the Service during the cooling-off period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service already provided.

5. Refund for Service Outages

If BotFlush experiences a service outage lasting more than 24 consecutive hours that materially impacts your ability to use the Service, you may request a pro-rata credit or refund for the affected period. Contact admin@botflush.com with details of the outage and your account information.

6. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charges, incorrect amount), contact us within 30 days of the charge. Verified billing errors will be refunded in full.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks that are found to be unjustified may result in account suspension. Paddle handles all dispute resolution as the Merchant of Record.

8. How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider but typically take 5–14 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original transaction currency.
