Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using BotFlush services ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BotFlush provides a CAPTCHA verification platform that helps websites distinguish human visitors from automated bots. The Service includes the challenge widget, verification API, and management Console.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account via the Console. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  1. Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  2. Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or circumvent the verification system
  3. Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  4. Exceed the rate limits of your subscription plan
  5. Use the Service to collect personal data from end users beyond what is necessary

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle acts as the seller of record for all transactions. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time via the Console. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, trademarks, and documentation, remain with BotFlush. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotFlush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. API keys will be deactivated.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email to registered account holders.
